Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Many hosts start with VA support or a direct-booking website and add more later. There is no package you have to buy into.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many homes you have and what you need. After a short intro call we send a clear, written quote, with no surprises.
Do I need to change the software I use?
Usually not. We work with the booking platforms, property management systems and messaging tools you already have, and only suggest changes when they clearly help.
Will guests know they are talking to an assistant?
Your assistant writes as part of your team and in your voice. You decide how you would like them to sign off and which conversations should always come to you.
What hours does my assistant cover?
We agree on coverage hours during setup, based on your guests, your markets and how hands-on you want to be.
How do you use AI with my guests?
AI helps draft and organize, and a person stays responsible for what guests see. We explain every tool we set up, and you can switch anything off at any time.
